Bartender
The Cliffs offers an exceptional work environment within seven luxury communities in the Carolinas. As a Bartender, you will be a key team member dedicated to exceeding members' expectations through outstanding service and quality.
Job Duties:
- Provide excellent relational service to members, guests, and Discovery Guests.
- Prepare and serve high-quality drinks using accurate measurements.
- Take food and drink orders and ensure guest needs are met.
- Register beverage and food transactions according to management procedures.
- Maintain records of liquor and supplies.
- Keep the bar area clean and orderly, including tables, ashtrays, and glassware.
- Build relationships by greeting members warmly.
- Anticipate needs and provide fast, flawless service.
- Communicate with management regarding any service improvements.
- Assist Beverage Manager with promotional ideas and sales.
- Verify receipts for accuracy.
- Complete assigned side work and daily reports.
- Cross-train as a Server, handling orders and clearing dishes.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve and 21 years old to pour alcohol.
- Minimum one year of previous service or bartending experience.
- Must possess or obtain Alcohol Safe Service Certification within 30 days of hiring.
