Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat visits.
Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain balanced registers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff for food and beverage pairing, catering events, or banquet service to deliver seamless hospitality.
Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender.
Strong knowledge of POS systems; experience with cashiering and cash handling is essential.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
Ability to perform basic math for cash transactions, retail math for inventory management, and accurate measurement of ingredients.
Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector; retail math skills are advantageous.
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts.
