Title: Bartender

Applicants must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service (21 in IL; 18 in FL/NC).

Responsibilities:

Provide an exceptional drinking experience by serving beverages promptly and courteously.
Ensure high-quality presentation and preparation of beverages following recipes.
Stay informed about current specials and promotions.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-stocked bar area according to health and safety standards.
Coordinate daily inventory and submit supply orders to the supervisor.
Assist with receiving and stocking beverage deliveries.
Perform cleaning tasks, including dishwashing, as scheduled.
Adhere to proper alcohol handling procedures and maintain compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Manage proper dating, labeling, and rotation of beverage items.
Maintain TIPS certification.
Assist in orienting new team members.
Listen to guest concerns and resolve or escalate as necessary.
Handle cash transactions, including POS system operation and register management.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum age for alcohol service (21 in IL; 18 in FL/NC).
At least one year of bartending experience.
Strong guest service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of beverage service equipment and safe operation.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment / Physical Demands: Typical entertainment and waterpark setting requiring walking, bending, standing for extended periods, and occasional lifting with assistance. Work is outdoors in various weather conditions and requires alertness throughout the shift.

Job Type: Part-time, Seasonal Shifts: Day, Evening Weekend availability and flexible scheduling required. Location: One location
