**Pay Range:** $5.00 - $7.00 per hour
**Must be 21+**
**Available Shifts:**
- Monday & Tuesday: 11am - 3pm
- Wednesday - Friday: 11am - 8pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 11am - 4pm
**Job Description:** Maintain the bar and serve guests in accordance with established standards and with professionalism and hospitality.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
- Stock and set up the bar; mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
- Assist in cost control, inventory management, and maintaining inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures.
- Perform opening and closing duties such as inventory, cash control, cleaning, set-up, and restocking.
- Serve food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines.
- Communicate guest requests and concerns to the department manager or supervisor.
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Three to six months of related experience or training.
- Physical ability to frequently stand, walk, taste, smell, talk, hear, use hands, and reach; occasionally sit, climb, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
