Job Description
Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Front of House (FOH) Manager to join a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant in a growing company. The FOH Manager will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant, bar, and lane service to ensure an exceptional guest experience and deliver a high-quality product. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and passionate about guest service with strong knowledge of restaurant operations.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of management experience
- Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage experience is a plus
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and guest service skills
Responsibilities:
- Create a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests and team members
- Assist in hiring, training, coaching, developing, scheduling, and evaluating servers and bartenders
- Adhere to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements
- Lead and manage FOH staff and oversee all FOH operations
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the restaurant and menus
- Ensure smooth and efficient bar operations
- Maintain an organized workspace
