Job Description
Title: Lounge Barback
We are hiring a Lounge Barback who is passionate about serving others. Working at our hotel bar and lounge outlets, you will often be the first or last greeting our guests receive as you work alongside talented bartenders. This role is a vital part of our team, contributing significantly to the overall guest experience through your friendly smile, cheerful customer service, and proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Serve food to guests at some locations.
- Assist with cleaning and restocking the bar area as assigned.
- Support bartenders during opening and closing procedures.
- Follow all safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a high-volume food and beverage establishment is required.
- Hotel experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week, including weekends and holidays.
- Dependable and proactive team player.
