Title: Bartender - La Duna Paradiso

Position: Bartender Rate of Pay: $4.00 per hour + tips Employee Category: Part-Time

Essential Functions:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy
Greet guests warmly and engage in a friendly, professional manner
Offer drink recommendations and educate guests on cocktail, wine, and beer options
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas
Handle payments and operate POS systems efficiently
Check guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
Assist with inventory and restocking of bar supplies

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Bartender or Server in a progressive restaurant setting
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and inventory management
Proficiency in using Toast POS system
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking

Physical Requirements:

Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 30 pounds without assistance
Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, hearing ability, and good visual acuity
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift
Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
