Title: Bartender

Overview: Find Your Fire at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. We create extraordinary guest experiences through genuine hospitality, handcrafted cocktails, and attentive service. As a Bartender, you’ll be an essential part of our Front of House team—bringing energy, connection, and care to every guest interaction while crafting memorable moments behind the bar.

No prior restaurant experience is necessary if you have a passion for learning and growth.

Responsibilities:

Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar.
Craft beer, wine, and cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care.
Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings.
Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized hospitality.
Manage orders, POS entry, and payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar and Firebar® area.
Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold guest safety standards.

Qualifications:

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
Ability to stand for 8 or more hours daily.
Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
Patient and guest-oriented mindset.
Maintain positive working relationships with team members.
Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
Reliable transportation required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
