Title: Bartender

As a Bartender, you’ll be a key part of our Front of House team—bringing energy, connection, and care to every guest interaction while crafting memorable moments behind the bar.

We provide extensive training and development, continuous support for success, and a welcoming family environment. Even if you have no prior restaurant experience but are passionate about learning, we will help you develop the skills to become a hospitality expert.

Responsibilities What we expect of you:

Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar.
Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care.
Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings.
Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized hospitality.
Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar and Firebar® area.
Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates for seamless service.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold guest safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
Ability to stand for 8 hours or more per day.
Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.
Patience and a guest-oriented mindset.
Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
Reliable transportation.
Must be 18 years or older.
