Role: Bartender

Responsibilities:

Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice.
Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere through verbal interaction with bar guests.
Serve food and drinks to bar patrons.
Complete assigned opening and closing side work.
Prepare garnishes by slicing fruits and vegetables.
Present guest checks, handle cash transactions, and process charge card payments accurately.
Process employee and manager food orders.
Relay food orders to the kitchen using the point-of-sale system.

Qualifications:

Positive attitude with a desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
Ability to operate blenders, frozen drink machines, and other bar equipment.
Ability to stand throughout the entire shift.
Frequent hand immersion in water approximately every five minutes.
Capable of cleaning tables, booths, and floors as needed.
Ability to transport glass racks or cases up to 25 pounds multiple times per shift.
Basic reading, writing, math, and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements: This role involves regular movement throughout the restaurant, lifting/moving items up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, and the ability to discern cleanliness and operate touchscreens. Reasonable accommodations will be made for disabilities.

Compensation: You will be paid the tip credit minimum wage plus tips. Actual earnings vary based on availability.
