Position Summary: As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests while enhancing their overall casino experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in all drink preparation.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and providing correct change.
Maintain a clean, organized bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Clean and sanitize glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
Monitor and restock beverage inventory to ensure uninterrupted service.
Report any inventory shortages or discrepancies to bar management.
Promote the casino's drink menu, specials, and new offerings to guests.
Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines, monitor guest behavior, and refuse service to intoxicated individuals.
Verify guests meet legal drinking age and check identification when necessary.
Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and casino policies related to alcohol service and responsible gaming.
Attend all mandatory trainings and maintain up-to-date TEAMS certification and alcohol awareness training.

Position Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
Basic math skills for handling cash and calculating bills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale and credit card processing systems.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in environments with moderate to loud noise, possible exposure to secondhand smoke, varied lighting including flashing lights, and standing or walking for entire shifts. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Compensation: $24-$30 per hour (base wage plus tips). Tips vary by location and may fluctuate.
