Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve beverages for bar guests and prepare alcoholic drinks for cocktail servers
- Set up and break down the bar daily, including opening and closing side-work, and weekly bar cleanliness
- Provide daily liquor requisitions for management and ensure the bar is fully stocked at the start and end of each shift
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the bar area throughout the shift
- Comply with all state and federal liquor regulations
- Use blender to make frozen drinks
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Assist with running food from kitchen to guests and serve tables when needed
- Present accurate checks and collect payments
- Follow management directions as needed
Guest Service Expectations:
- Greet every guest properly and with a smile throughout the shift
- Keep assigned areas clean and well-stocked
- Assist other departments as requested
- Maintain a clean and properly worn uniform with name tag
Qualifications:
- Exceptional people skills
- Team-oriented with initiative to maintain organization and functionality
- Full knowledge of POS systems and menu
- Proper food handling techniques
- Ability to monitor and control guests' alcohol consumption responsibly
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry up to 30 pounds
- Adhere to company standards and policies for service
