Position Overview: Provide guests with an unparalleled experience by delivering fast, friendly service and attending to their needs promptly.

Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent guest service combining food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
Keep supervisors informed of any issues and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
Create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and team members
Follow all sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
Accurately operate credit card machines, handle cash, and maintain the cash bank
Monitor guests’ behavior and report concerns to management when necessary
Prepare drinks according to recipes to ensure consistency and control costs
Maintain a clean and organized bar station
Greet guests promptly, take and enter orders accurately using Micros system
Understand menu items thoroughly and answer guest questions
Complete opening and closing duties, bar inventories, and requisitions
Assist with party setup and breakdown as needed
Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive working environment
Maintain drink levels, pre-bus tables, and ensure ongoing guest satisfaction

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old
Able to work days, nights, and weekends in a noisy, fast-paced environment
Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Must be able to stand or walk throughout entire shift
Restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
Strong communication skills and ability to engage guests
Must read and communicate effectively in English
Adhere to company dress code, looking neat and professional

Physical Demands:

Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping, and wiping
Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, including near freezers and cooking equipment
