Title: Bartender
Pay Range (based on experience): $6.05/hour + tips

Job Summary: We are hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Bartenders in our restaurant. Bartenders are core team members who provide exceptional customer service to create an individualized and memorable guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
- Prepare and serve P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes
- Operate and clean bar equipment, assist with inventory and restocking of beverages
- Understand restaurant seating layout and assist with food delivery
- Collaborate with hospitality team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Set and clear tables efficiently according to restaurant standards
- Follow company procedures for responsible alcohol service
Requirements:
- Meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Ability to follow proper sanitation and safety protocols
- Current Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain where applicable
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
