As a Bartender within our Food & Beverage team, you play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service by expertly crafting cocktails and serving food with warmth and enthusiasm.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide guests with excellent service through genuine engagement and attentiveness
- Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently
- Maintain daily organization of the bar with stocked and accessible products
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages
- Reduce spoilage and waste through efficient methods
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of refrigeration, storage, and work areas
Physical Demands:
- Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift, carry, and transport 50–75 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk in confined spaces for entire shifts
- Manual dexterity to operate food and beverage equipment
Qualifications: Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Bartending School or Bartending & Mixology Certification preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 1-year bartending experience in a similar role; hotel experience preferred
- Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
- Food Handlers Certification required
Pay: $9.75 per hour (Tipped Position)
