License/Certification: Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness Card required.

Job Summary: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to cocktail servers and patrons, following standard drink recipes.

Physical Demands: The job requires physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Requires above-average agility and dexterity.

Work Environment: Work occurs in a 24/7 environment including weekends and holidays. It includes typical risks of kitchens, bars, restaurants, and casino settings, such as exposure to secondhand smoke, requiring normal safety precautions. Areas are adequately lit, heated, and ventilated.

Requires at least one year of bartending experience and must be at least 21 years old. Must possess a Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.
