Title: Bartender

Summary: Provide excellent customer service in a casino and hospitality environment by assisting guests with slot machines, processing payouts and transactions, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain compliance with gaming and alcohol service regulations, handle cash accurately, resolve customer concerns professionally, and ensure clean, organized, and welcoming service areas. Demonstrate strong communication, multitasking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to create a positive guest experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

Safeguard assigned slot assets.
Assist guests with slot machine operation, player rewards, and jackpot payouts.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
Verify guest identification and follow gaming and alcohol service regulations.
Process cash, credit, and electronic transactions with accuracy and accountability.
Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of gaming and bar areas.
Restock bar supplies, beverages, and service materials as needed.
Monitor guest activity to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members and management to provide a positive guest experience.
Provide customer service on the slot floor and at the bar.
Report any machine irregularities or suspicious activity to the Slot/Casino Supervisor.
Assist guests by explaining slot machine operation, game rules, and payout procedures.
Take orders, prepare, and serve snack foods following food safety guidelines.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to obtain registration with NV Gaming Control.
Strong customer service skills.
General understanding of various game functions.
General computer knowledge and ability to use slot system.
Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, reach, stoop, and open slot machines.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
