Job Description
Title: Bartender - Ciera Steak and Chophouse (Part Time)
Responsibilities:
- Mix and dispense beverages for guests according to established recipes and procedures.
- Take drink orders from servers and process them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operate and balance the cash drawer; take payments from guests using cash, credit cards, or other payment forms.
- Adhere to all state, county, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned service and storage areas.
- Maintain stock of all beverage and bar service items and replenish as needed.
- Demonstrate the ability to pour a high volume of drinks efficiently.
- Possess strong knowledge of beers, liquors, and current beer/liquor trends to inform and assist customers.
- Follow the company's Purpose and Values model at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
