Title: Banquet Bartender
Job Summary: The Banquet Bartender is responsible for setting up, operating, and breaking down bar service during weddings, banquets, and special events. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can efficiently manage high-volume service with professionalism and attention to detail. The ability to serve large numbers of guests promptly is essential. This position suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and takes pride in excellent service.
This is a flexible, event-based position, with scheduling driven by the event calendar rather than a fixed weekly schedule. Shifts are primarily in the afternoon, evening, and late-night hours. The primary event days are Thursday through Sunday, with peak banquet seasons in April–May and September–November.
No banquet events occur during June–August due to summer camp operations; however, there may be opportunities in other areas of the property during that time. Additional shift opportunities may be available in the fine dining restaurant and bar during the winter season, offering expanded or year-round employment.

Compensation: Base pay of $16 per hour plus gratuity, with typical earnings ranging from $22 to $50 per hour.
