We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly reliable Barback to join our Harriet's team. In this role, you will support the bartender by assisting with all responsibilities to help create an unforgettable and distinctive experience for our guests. Attention to the smallest details is key to your success.
About you:
- Passionate about Food and Beverage with previous related experience
- Basic knowledge of Food and Beverage operations
- Team player, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
Responsibilities:
- Support the bartender in all daily operations
- Maintain high attention to detail
- Assist with beverage service execution to ensure a high-quality guest experience
Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $12 with a $5 tip credit applied
- Eligible for gratuities
