Job Description
Title: Bartender - Roosevelt Maggiano's
Our Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving beverages directly to guests seated in the bar and cocktail areas, as well as preparing drinks for servers and cocktail servers who serve guests in the dining room. They must maintain an upbeat attitude and provide energetic, high-quality service to ensure guests feel special.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests in the bar, cocktail area, and dining room
- Support servers by preparing beverages as needed
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout shifts
- Handle physical tasks, including carrying heavy plates
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for handling heavy items
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent guest service consistent with the restaurant's standards
