Bartender
We are seeking responsible and innovative individuals to lead and drive our business forward. This position reports directly to the General and Assistant Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, understand their beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders.
- Plan drink menus and inform customers about new beverages and specials.
- Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages.
- Check identification to ensure customers meet the legal age requirements for alcohol purchase.
- Take inventory and order supplies to maintain well-stocked bar and tables.
- Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, balance the cash register.
- Maintain a clean work and dining environment, including cleaning tables and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Develop new cocktail recipes.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required.
- Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong task and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of drink mixing tools and techniques.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
