Title: Bartender

What You Will Be Doing:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient bar service, ensuring guests feel welcome and attended to.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines, including checking IDs and refusing service to intoxicated guests.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down bar areas for events.
- Adhere to all house rules, policies, and safety standards.
How You Will Do It:
- Greet guests with a smile and provide prompt and attentive service.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Handle guest interactions with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
What You Will Need:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have knowledge of bar procedures and drink recipes.
- Must be knowledgeable of New York State liquor laws.
- Must be able to identify signs of intoxication.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary.
