Bartender

Position Summary: Ensure guests have an unparalleled experience by providing fast, friendly service and attending attentively to their needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional guest experiences through quality food, drinks, and games in a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain communication with supervisors regarding any issues or unusual situations and take prompt corrective actions or suggest alternatives.
Uphold company sanitation procedures and maintain a clean, organized bar station.
Manage financial transactions accurately, including operating credit card machines, handling cash, and making change.
Follow alcohol awareness policies to prevent intoxication and appropriately handle intoxicated guests.
Assess guest demeanor and alert management when necessary.
Prepare drinks according to recipes to ensure consistency, control costs, and maximize guest satisfaction.
Greet guests promptly and take food and drink orders accurately.
Use the Micros system efficiently for order entry, sales processing, and financial reporting.
Assist in party setups, inventory management, opening/closing duties, and support co-workers as needed.
Maintain positive relationships with team members to foster a cooperative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work in noisy, fast-paced environments.
Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required.
