Title: Seasonal Bartender

Join the Discovery family, where quality and service are at the heart of everything we do. This role is based at Discovery Land Company’s Hamptons locations: Dune Deck Beach Club in Westhampton Beach, NY, and The Hills in East Quogue, NY. The employer of record is DLV Hamptons Management LLC.

Dune Deck Beach Club is seeking a seasonal Bartender to join the Food & Beverage - Service Department. This position is available from May 1, 2026, to October 7, 2026. H-2B visa sponsorship is available for in-country extensions.

In this role, you will help create the Discovery Land Company experience for members and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute craft cocktails and continuously present new ideas to management.
Mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff.
Greet guests and members promptly and politely, using names whenever possible.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas at all times.
Follow cocktail recipes, including syrups and house-made ingredients.
Accurately enter transactions into the point-of-sale system and issue checks to members and guests.
Display extensive knowledge of beverages and ingredients, providing recommendations for food pairings.
Demonstrate comprehensive wine knowledge and recommend from the club wine list.
Respond promptly and attentively to guest needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12 months front-of-house experience in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts longer than eight hours.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
Ability to stand, walk, and move for more than four hours.
Ability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, squat, reach, push, and pull items, sometimes over 50 pounds.
Background check required and paid by the employer.

Benefits:

Pay range: $30.75 - $33.50 USD per hour, based on experience
