Title: Bartender

Job Summary: We are looking for a bartender to greet guests with hospitality as they arrive at the bar. The bartender will prepare and serve drinks for both bar and dining room guests and servers, ensuring quality service, adherence to recipes, and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and maintain positive guest relations while serving bar patrons.
Serve as a brand ambassador for the property and restaurant.
Prepare drinks accurately and efficiently during meal periods for bar guests and dining room servers.
Provide professional, friendly service in the bar area, following table service guidelines.
Perform shift duties including setup, stocking, product preparation, and bar cleanup.
Maintain a neat, clean, and well-organized bar area throughout each shift.
Demonstrate professional attitude and cooperation toward guests, peers, and management.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum 1 year of bartending or serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
Good judgment, integrity, and positive interpersonal communication skills.
Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Sales skills preferred.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computational skills and ability to use POS systems.
Physical ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours daily, bend, twist, climb, and lift up to 40 lbs intermittently.
Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
