Title: The Boat House At Confluence Park - Banquet Bartender

Job Responsibilities:

Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks accurately and efficiently, minimizing waste.
Prepare cocktails and other beverages following established recipes.
Serve drinks and food to guests, ensuring friendly and timely service.
Monitor guests to address their needs and ensure overall satisfaction.
Follow all alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and appropriately handle intoxicated guests.
Participate in and successfully complete alcohol awareness and safety training.
Stock and prepare garnishes, maintain supplies of ice, glasses, liquor, mixers, and other bar necessities.
Manage inventory and place orders for bar supplies as needed.
Collect payments and operate the POS system efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
Balance and secure all monies at the end of each shift.
Maintain a neat appearance and wear the company-approved uniform at all times.

Physical Requirements:

Medium physical work, including lifting approximately 30 lbs several times per shift.
Standing and walking during 6-8 hour shifts.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a similar role.
Ability to pass bar training and validation process.
Food Handler Certificate required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Advanced bartending skills and basic serving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
