We provide elevated concessions and premium offerings at collegiate stadiums, professional golf tournaments, international boat shows, professional sports teams, and more.

Position Overview: Proof of the Pudding is the food service provider for the Truist Championship at Quail Hollow Golf Club from May 7 to May 10. We are hiring Premium Hospitality Bartenders to work in the suite areas for the duration of the event.

Responsibilities:

Prepare the bar before and after the event, including set-up and breakdown.
Timely bar setup, including icing down product.
Communicate effectively with bar back personnel for replenishments during the shift.
Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
Attend to guests' needs throughout the event.
Clean the bar after closing and discard excess ice.
Record closing inventory and put away all items as directed.
Follow all federal, local, and venue alcohol policies.
Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 1 year bartending experience.
Must be TIPs or TEAM certified (training provided if needed).
Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles.
Understanding of alcohol compliance and safety.

Specialized Requirements:

Availability for all event days with willingness to work extended shifts (10-12 hours).
Hardworking, organized, responsible, and accountable.
Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent listening, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail with ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Work Environment:

Work on-site at the golf course; event locations may be indoors, outdoors, or in temporary structures.
Frequent movement throughout the venue on various terrains.

Physical Demands:

Prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 30 pounds.
Carrying and handling equipment and food items.

Must adhere to company uniform requirements as outlined in the Associate Handbook and orientation guidelines.
