Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders who want to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Successful candidates will be able to create classic and innovative drinks that exceed customers’ expectations. Compensation includes hourly wages starting at $17.00 per hour plus tip potential. Opportunities are available in our newly renovated ala carte bar, poolside bar, and banquet/event bars. Experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members and guests
- Interact with members, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- Assess members’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain a member-focused attitude to enhance the guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Maintain a clean uniform and work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
