Job Title: Hotel Bartender
Work Location: The Pub at Schoenbrunn Inn - New Philadelphia, OH
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies and notifying management of needs.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including opening and closing procedures.
Requirements:
- Bartending experience.
- Basic knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Friday and Saturday).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.

Schedule: Typical schedule is Friday and Saturday from 3:30 pm to 12:30 am.
Location: The Pub at Schoenbrunn Inn 1186 West High Avenue, New Philadelphia, OH 44663 Open Monday-Thursday 4 pm - 10 pm and Friday & Saturday 4 pm - midnight (closed Sunday).
