Job Description
Title: Bartender

Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with guests.
- Develop thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus, including beverage recipes.
- Accurately ring up all food and beverage orders.
- Clean and sanitize all workspaces and food/beverage surfaces according to restaurant protocols.
- Provide safe alcohol service by checking IDs and identifying signs of intoxication.
- Manage the Good Food Rewards Program in accordance with company policy.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently and responsibly.
- Communicate effectively with serving, kitchen, and management teams to ensure quality customer service.
- Mix cocktails following house recipes with correct liquor measurements.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures aligning with company policy and Health Department regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of bartending and/or cocktail mixing experience preferred.
- Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Basic math skills.
- Must be 21 years or older to apply.
- Must have weekend availability.
