Position Summary: As a Bartender, you will ensure guests have an unparalleled experience by providing fast, friendly service and attending to their needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional guest experience by combining quality food, drinks, and games in a fun environment.
Maintain open communication with supervisors about any issues and take corrective actions as needed.
Create a warm and engaging atmosphere for guests and team members.
Adhere to company sanitation procedures.
Manage personal cash bank, including operating credit card machines accurately and handling cash transactions.
Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and properly handle intoxicated guests.
Assess guest demeanor and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
Prepare drinks following recipes to ensure consistency and cost control.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar station.
Greet guests promptly and accurately take food and drink orders.
Have thorough knowledge of menu items and answer guest questions.
Enter orders efficiently using the Micros system.
Complete opening and closing duties, including bar inventories and requisitions.
Assist with party setup and breakdown as needed.
Support other team members and bus/reset tables when required.
Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring drink levels, removing clutter, and responding promptly to guest needs.
Maintain positive working relationships to foster a cooperative and efficient work environment.
Communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required.
Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Comfortable working in a noisy, fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
Adherence to dress code and professional appearance.
Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends as required.

Salary Range: $5.50 per hour plus tips
