Position Summary The Bartender is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. This role requires strong knowledge of drink preparation, excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar. The Bartender ensures guests have an enjoyable time that encourages repeat visits while following all company policies, safety regulations, and alcohol service guidelines.
