Title: Bartender - Ada Gaming Center

Location: Ada Gaming Center Beverage, Ada, OK 74820 Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Salary: $10.00 per hour Shift: Evenings & Weekends Category: Food & Beverage

Join Traditions Hospitality Group as a Bartender, where your skills will be valued and your potential supported. Provide exceptional service by crafting and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages quickly and accurately.
Offer attentive, personalized service, take orders, and make recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
Monitor and restock inventory as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest experiences.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

At least 21 years old.
Ability to obtain ABLE Liquor and Gaming licenses.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to wear a costume uniform.
Comfortable working in a smoky environment.

Working Conditions:

Standing and walking for extended periods in a busy setting.
Lifting and carrying moderate to heavy items, such as beverage cases and kegs.
Exposure to moderate to high noise and smoky conditions.
