Title: Cocktail Server Part Time - Bartlesville

Overview: This position is responsible for taking orders and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing friendly and professional service to every guest.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to fit a size 10 or smaller for women’s attire and a size 36 waist for men’s attire.
Required to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
Gaming, hospitality, or customer service industry experience preferred.
Previous experience in a high-volume bar and cash handling preferred.
Required to pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation Gaming license.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
Must provide documents evidencing eligibility to work in the United States.
Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference applies.
Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities: Communication:

Stay informed of company updates via bulletin boards, digital signage, and newsletters.
Communicate concerns and suggestions effectively to supervisors following the chain of command.

Department Operations:

Take and serve beverage orders following established recipes and procedures.
Provide timely, courteous cocktail service.
Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
Identify and act on service opportunities.
Maintain proper, clean uniform.
Use available resources to fulfill duties.
Prepare operating reports as required.
Perform related tasks as assigned.

Guest Service:

Deliver excellent guest service with courtesy and respect.
Collaborate positively with coworkers and management.

Regulatory Compliance:

Maintain relationships with company staff and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
Perform duties in accordance with company values, policies, and applicable laws and regulations including gaming regulations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient in English (read, write, speak, understand).
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Maintain confidentiality.
Follow written and verbal instructions.
Establish positive relationships with staff, guests, and public.
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Basic proficiency in MS Office.
Exercise sound judgment and seek guidance when needed.
Identify and avoid unsafe or illegal situations.
Respond appropriately to inquiries and complaints.
Willingness to travel locally between properties.
Available to work nights and weekends.
Maintain physical stamina for job tasks.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development.

Physical Demands:

Regularly stand, walk, sit, and use hands to handle objects.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to drag, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Normal auditory and verbal communication abilities.
Engage in repetitive hand and wrist motions.

Work Environment:

Work is performed within a casino setting.
Use of computers and other devices is required.
Exposure to second-hand smoke and moderate to high noise levels.
Evening, weekend, and irregular shifts may be required.
Potential exposure to kitchen hazards and difficult customers.
Use of tools and machinery may be involved.

Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license and Osage Nation Gaming license. Preference is given to candidates with experience in high-volume bars, hospitality, or customer service.
