Title: Bartender

Part Time | Pay: $7.50 Hourly + Tips (3 Month Tip Average + Base Rate = $41.00 Hourly) | Schedule: 4:00pm-12:30am Sunday & Monday, 6:00pm-2:30am Friday & Saturday (OFF Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Job Purpose: The bartender prepares and serves cocktails and other beverages to guests or prepares drinks for wait staff to provide a positive customer experience. The bartender ensures customers meet age requirements for alcohol purchases and reports to the Beverage Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

Input customer orders and handle various payment transactions using a point-of-sale system.
Provide excellent guest service with accurate and prompt drink preparation.
Receive payments and settle guest checks following company policies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
Immediately report product shortages, equipment issues, or staffing concerns to management.
Oversee barbacks during bussing, cleaning, restocking, and garnish preparation.
Foster a positive work atmosphere through effective communication with guests, vendors, co-workers, and management.
Ensure responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying management of any concerns.
Comply with all Oklahoma Liquor Laws and Choctaw Nation Alcoholic Beverage Ordinances.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Obtain and maintain ABLE Certification.
Minimum one year of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to motivate others.
Proficient in handling cash and other payment methods, including making change.
Knowledgeable about menu items, drink preparation, ingredients, and garnishes.
Ability to recommend drinks and upsell to maximize sales.
Availability to work flexible evening and weekend shifts.
