**Bartender Position**

As a Bartender for Traditions Hospitality Group, you will craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Your skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and friendly attitude will enhance the guest experience.

**Responsibilities:**

Prepare and serve beverages quickly and accurately
Provide attentive and personalized guest service, including taking orders and making recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment
Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently following procedures
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies during shifts
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean, safe work environment

**Requirements:**

Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to obtain ABLE Liquor License and Gaming License
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment preferred
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to wear a costume uniform
Ability to work in a smoky environment

**Working Conditions:**

Prolonged standing and walking in a busy environment
Lifting moderate to heavy objects such as beverage cases and kegs
Exposure to moderate to high noise levels and smoky atmosphere
