Job Summary: Create welcoming, easygoing, and memorable guest experiences at Ground Market. As a Server/Bartender, you will be the face of the pizza and ice cream shop, guiding guests through food, beverage, and market offerings with warmth, clarity, and care. This role focuses on hospitality, efficiency, and connection, serving beer, wine, and a small selection of well-crafted cocktails while ensuring every guest feels cared for from arrival to departure.
