Job Description
Title: Premium Bartender
Pay Range: $17/hr + tips
Join Beaver Street Food Co. as a Premium Bartender and be part of an exciting team at Oregon State University. This role primarily involves working behind the bar during home football games with opportunities for additional catering shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Engage with patrons by taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor alcohol consumption and verify customer ages
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to deliver an excellent dining experience
- Perform additional tasks as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to obtain OLCC and Food Handler cards if not already certified
- Availability to work during home football games
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Previous bartending experience is a plus but not required; training available
