Title: Bartender
Pay Range (based on experience): $15.55/hour + tips

Job Summary: We are hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Bartenders at our restaurant. Bartenders are core team members responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by demonstrating excellent customer service in a scratch kitchen environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional hospitality by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guest expectations
- Prepare and serve P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes
- Operate and clean bar equipment; assist with inventories and restocking alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Understand restaurant seating layout and food delivery processes
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure guests have everything they need
- Learn to set and clear tables efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s standards
- Follow company procedures for responsible alcohol service
Job Requirements:
- Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
- Excellent customer service skills and professional etiquette
- Ability to follow proper sanitation and safety procedures
- Possess or be able to obtain a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
