Title: PT Evening Lead Bartender | Best Western Oceanview Resort

We are seeking a Lead Bartender to prepare and serve inspired cocktails while delivering exceptional guest experiences at Best Western Seaside Oceanview Resort. In addition to crafting beverages, you will take food orders at the counter, deliver food, and bus tables, ensuring an expertly maintained and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks with expertise and professionalism
Take food orders and assist with delivery and bussing tables
Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of all bar equipment
Adhere to applicable liquor laws and ensure responsible service
Operate the computerized Point of Sale system accurately

Requirements:

Minimum two years bartending experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or lead role
In-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology techniques
Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required
Must be at least 21 years old
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Preferred: current alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol)
