Title: Bartender
Pay Range (based on experience): $2.83/hour + tips

Job Summary: We are hiring immediately for full-time or part-time bartender positions in a restaurant setting. Bartenders are core team members who deliver exceptional customer service by providing an individualized, outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guests’ expectations
- Prepare and execute P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes
- Operate and clean bar equipment; assist with inventory and restocking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Understand restaurant seating layout and efficiently assist with food delivery
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure guests have everything they need
- Learn and apply proper table setting and clearing techniques
- Follow company procedures for responsible alcohol service
Requirements:
- Meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
- Excellent customer service skills and professional etiquette
- Ability to follow proper sanitation and safety procedures
- Possess or be able to obtain a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
