Bartender (Part-Time | Weekend Focus)
Position Summary Laurel Valley Golf Club is seeking a Bartender to support our Food & Beverage team during peak service times. This role is responsible for delivering an elevated bar experience through quality beverage preparation, professional service, and a strong commitment to our member experience. Weekend availability is essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with club standards
- Deliver attentive, timely, and personalized service to members and guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Accurately enter orders and process payments through the POS system
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Support team service by communicating effectively with servers and kitchen staff
- Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
Requirements
- Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic cocktail preparation, beer, and wine service
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Weekend and evening availability required
Schedule
- Part-time, seasonal
- Primary shifts: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (including evenings)
