Job Description: At Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square, elegance meets excellence. We are seeking a service-minded, highly professional individual to join our team as a Bartender in our Liberté Restobar.

Responsibilities:

Engage with guests to create a memorable dining experience showcasing your unique personality and skills.
Welcome guests in our urban chic lounge Liberté, explain the menu, and take food and beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages according to Sofitel and AAA 4-Diamond standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all menu offerings including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
Manage setup and breakdown of the Liberté Lounge during assigned shifts.

Qualifications:

Minimum two years bartending experience in an upscale, high-end restaurant or 4-Diamond hotel.
At least one year of serving experience.
Proficiency in wine service, knowledge of high-end liquors and aperitifs, and experience with restaurant software systems.
Experience with opening and closing shifts, table service, and food and wine pairing.
Personable, articulate, pleasant, and willing to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction.
