Right in the heart of State College, PA, you will find the newest entertainment destination. Happy Valley Casino has taken over The Nittany Mall, bringing the area's first-ever gaming facility! With two dining options, cocktail service, 30+ table games, and over 600 slot machines, we aim to be the number one entertainment destination in Happy Valley.

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join the team at Aces Bar. This role is key in preparing and serving high-quality beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and collaborating with front and back of house teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their craft, and maintains the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest service.

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Shift Supervisors, responsibilities include:

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
Maintaining knowledge of beverage offerings, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
Providing exceptional customer service and engaging positively with guests.
Ensuring compliance with all responsible alcohol service policies and procedures.
Maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area in compliance with health regulations.
Handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
Promoting positive guest interactions and public relations.

Requirements:

Minimum of one (1) year of related bartending, hospitality, or food and beverage experience.
Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, and responsible alcohol service practices.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 6–8+ hours per shift.
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
