Job Title: Bartender Department: Food & Beverage Reports to: Restaurant General Manager

Bartenders create a fun and relaxing guest experience by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring excellent service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Smile and provide friendly, engaging guest service to create “Guests for Life.”
Verify identification and ensure all age requirements are met.
Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
Make recommendations based on guests’ tastes and preferences.
Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and team members.
Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Previous bartending experience required.
Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and bar operations.
Familiarity with standard bar equipment (e.g., dishwasher, slicers, coolers, ice machine).
Flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to speak and read English; additional languages a plus.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift).
Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25–30 lbs.
Ability to tolerate busy or noisy work environments.
Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
