Your Job Duties May Include:
- Preparing beverages for guests
- Verifying that guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years old
- Interacting with guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks
- Assessing guests’ needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Setting up and maintaining appropriate stock levels for the bar
- Keeping the bar and lounge area clean and organized
- Complying with all food and beverage preparation and service regulations
- Handling transactions accurately and managing cash effectively
