Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Adhere to department and property policies regarding guest service standards.
- Set up bars for operation, including cutting fruit, stocking ice, and managing garbage disposal.
- Support bartenders by icing drink glasses and pouring non-alcoholic beverages as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, sinks, floors, and designated areas according to health and safety standards.
- Maintain par stock levels, order bar supplies, and deliver orders.
- Care for equipment per guidelines and report maintenance issues to management.
- Sort recyclables properly and dispose of refuse following department procedures.
- Resolve service issues following established guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all company matters.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to push 100 lbs and lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow supervisor directions and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Open availability for any shift (daylight, swing, graveyard).
- Ability to work at a fast pace and walk long distances.
