OVERVIEW

A Bartender at Level99 provides exceptional hospitality, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests. They anticipate guest needs, have extensive food and beverage knowledge, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless, exemplary service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Warmly greet guests, providing a welcoming but not overbearing presence
Anticipate guest needs by recognizing visual cues
Promote menu items with enthusiasm, maintaining knowledge of ingredients and allergies
Collaborate with team members to prioritize guest satisfaction
Accurately process transactions using POS system
Follow established steps of service
Verify guest legal drinking age by checking identification
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails
Restock and maintain bar inventory and supplies
Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Perform additional duties as needed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Previous bartending experience
Excellent knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving
Relevant training certificate
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of health and sanitation codes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High professionalism and integrity
Positive, energetic, and upbeat attitude
Must be at least 18 years old, legal age to serve alcohol

OTHER DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in a high-volume environment
Strong knowledge of beer and cocktail programs

WORKING CONDITIONS

Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work shifts of eight hours or more
Ability to stand, sit, squat, walk for extended periods, and climb stairs
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
