The Tree Farm is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our team. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service during evening hours and efficiently managing closing tasks. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests, ensure cleanliness, monitor inventory, and complete end-of-shift duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Engage with members and guests by providing friendly, knowledgeable service, taking orders, and answering menu questions.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
Assist management with staff training, focusing on coaching and mentoring best practices.
Monitor and assess safety within the bar and front-of-house areas, consulting with management to address concerns per established protocols.
Adhere to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies.
Minimize waste while pouring and mixing drinks.
Clean the bar area thoroughly at the end of each shift, including countertops, glassware, and equipment, preparing for the next day.
Report low inventory levels or necessary orders to management.
Communicate important information to the next shift, including inventory, equipment, or guest concerns, and complete closing paperwork accurately.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 2 years of bartending and hospitality experience.
High school diploma or equivalent; bartending school certification is a plus.
Availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Accuracy in measuring and pouring drinks.
Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and standard classic drink recipes.
Skilled in crafting high-end cocktails.
Working knowledge of bar equipment and cocktail tools.
Ability to prepare high-quality cocktails and food items following company standards and recipes.
Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
Exceptional customer service orientation, using guest feedback as opportunities to build loyalty.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to bar and retail operation procedures.
Problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach and effective conflict management.
Professional representation of the company and brand.
Basic computer and software proficiency.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol, in compliance with local laws.
Valid Driver’s License required.
